Job Summary:

We are seeking a professional and friendly Receptionist to join our team. The Receptionist will be the first point of contact for visitors and clients, providing exceptional customer service while managing front desk operations efficiently. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, organizational abilities, and a welcoming demeanor.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Greet and welcome visitors in a warm and professional manner.
  • Answer, screen, and direct phone calls to appropriate personnel.
  • Manage appointment scheduling and maintain office calendars.
  • Handle incoming and outgoing mail, packages, and deliveries.
  • Assist with administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, and document preparation.
  • Maintain a tidy and organized reception area.
  • Provide basic information about the company and its services to visitors and callers.
  • Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth office operations.
  • Monitor office supplies and place orders as needed.

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent (Associate’s degree preferred).
  • Previous experience in a receptionist, front desk, or administrative role is a plus.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and office equipment.
  • Friendly, professional, and customer-focused attitude.
  • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
