Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in planning and organizing project timelines, resources, and deliverables.
  • Collaborate with project managers and team members to define project goals and objectives.
  • Monitor project progress and ensure that tasks are completed on schedule.
  • Help coordinate and track project activities, including scheduling meetings, calls, and team collaborations.
  • Maintain project documentation, including project plans, status reports, and communication records.
  • Facilitate communication between team members, stakeholders, and external vendors.
  • Prepare and distribute regular project updates, reports, and presentations to stakeholders.
  • Assist with budget tracking and resource allocation, ensuring the project stays within budget.
  • Track risks and issues, and help develop mitigation strategies.
  • Help manage project changes and ensure that all project scope adjustments are documented.
  • Support project managers in the execution and delivery of project milestones.
  • Assist in the preparation and delivery of presentations to clients and stakeholders.
  • Ensure that all project-related materials and documentation are organized and accessible.
  • Coordinate with different departments to ensure the smooth execution of tasks.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and quality standards.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Project Management, or a related field.
  • Previous experience in a project coordination or administrative role is preferred.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and project management software (e.g., MS Project, Trello, Asana).
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.
  • Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work well in a team-oriented environment.
  • Knowledge of project management principles and methodologies is a plus.
  • PMP (Project Management Professional) certification or similar is a plus but not required.
