At JK Consultants, we value your business and are committed to providing high-quality consultation services. Please read our refund and cancellation policy carefully before engaging with our services.
Service Refund Policy
Our policy allows for refunds within 30 days of purchase, only in limited circumstances. As our services are customized and time-based, refunds are generally not applicable once the service has been delivered or partially rendered.
To be eligible for a refund:
The request must be made within 30 days of purchase.
The consultation service must not have been fully delivered or utilized.
A valid receipt or proof of purchase must be provided.
Refunds will not be granted for:
Services already rendered (in full or in part)
Missed appointments or no-shows
Change of mind after service delivery
Non-Refundable Items
Certain purchases and services are non-refundable, including but not limited to:
Consultation Fees (once delivered or initiated)
Website Hosting or Development Services
Downloadable Content or Digital Products
Gift Cards
Third-party software or tools purchased through JK Consultants
Custom research, reports, or strategic documents once delivered
Partial Refunds (If Applicable)
In specific cases, partial refunds may be issued at our discretion, such as:
A consultation canceled with at least 48 hours’ notice and not rescheduled
Technical issues preventing service delivery (if unresolved)
Documented errors or failure on our part to meet agreed-upon service terms
Cancellation Policy
To cancel or reschedule a consultation:
Please notify us at least 48 hours in advance.
Late cancellations (less than 48 hours) may be subject to a 50% fee.
No-shows will be charged 100% of the session fee.

Processing Refunds
If a refund is approved:
It will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
You will receive an email confirmation once the refund is initiated.
Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received a refund:
Double-check your bank or credit card statement.
Contact your payment provider – processing delays can vary.

Gifted Services
If a consultation was purchased as a gift:
A credit may be issued to the gift recipient, provided no service was used.
If the service has already been delivered, the refund (if applicable) will go to the original purchaser.
