We are seeking an organized and detail-oriented Admin Assistant to join our team. This role involves providing administrative support to ensure efficient office operations, managing daily tasks, and assisting with various office functions.
Responsibilities
- Answering and directing phone calls, emails, and other correspondence.
- Managing schedules, appointments, and meetings.
- Organizing and maintaining office files, documents, and records.
- Assisting with preparing reports, presentations, and other office materials.
- Handling office supplies inventory and placing orders when necessary.
- Coordinating travel arrangements and accommodation for staff.
- Assisting with HR functions, such as employee onboarding and record-keeping.
- Performing general office duties, including filing, scanning, and photocopying.
- Handling client inquiries and providing general administrative support as needed.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent (Associate’s degree or higher preferred).
- Proven experience as an admin assistant or in a similar role.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Attention to detail and ability to handle confidential information.
