We are seeking an organized and detail-oriented Admin Assistant to join our team. This role involves providing administrative support to ensure efficient office operations, managing daily tasks, and assisting with various office functions.

Responsibilities

  • Answering and directing phone calls, emails, and other correspondence.
  • Managing schedules, appointments, and meetings.
  • Organizing and maintaining office files, documents, and records.
  • Assisting with preparing reports, presentations, and other office materials.
  • Handling office supplies inventory and placing orders when necessary.
  • Coordinating travel arrangements and accommodation for staff.
  • Assisting with HR functions, such as employee onboarding and record-keeping.
  • Performing general office duties, including filing, scanning, and photocopying.
  • Handling client inquiries and providing general administrative support as needed.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent (Associate’s degree or higher preferred).
  • Proven experience as an admin assistant or in a similar role.
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Attention to detail and ability to handle confidential information.
