- Help develop engaging visuals using tools like Canva or Adobe Creative Suite.
- Schedule and publish posts across platforms like Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and Twitter.
- Monitor engagement metrics and respond to comments or messages under supervision.
- Conduct keyword research to optimize website content and blog posts.
- Assist in link-building strategies and on-page SEO improvements.
- Use tools like Google Analytics and social media insights to track performance metrics.
- Create reports summarizing key findings and recommendations.
- Support the creation and execution of email marketing campaigns.
- Assist in maintaining and segmenting email lists.
- Research industry trends, competitors, and customer preferences to inform strategies.
- Identify new opportunities for digital growth.
Qualifications:
- Education: Currently pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
- Skills:
- Basic understanding of digital marketing concepts (e.g., SEO, social media, email marketing).
- Familiarity with platforms such as Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, and email marketing tools is a plus.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite and design tools like Canva or Photoshop.
Preferred Skills:
- Knowledge of analytics tools like Google Analytics or SEMrush.
- Experience managing personal or academic social media accounts.
- Certification in digital marketing (optional but beneficial).
